Q How far are you from the airport?
A We are located 5.7 Miles/15 minutes from Blue Grass Airport.
Q Do you have Internet access?
A Yes, we have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet in our lobby and second floor. Charges apply in guestrooms
Q What are your check in and check out times?
A Check in is at 3PM, and check out is at 12 noon.
Q Do you allow late check outs?
A Yes, for a fee - ½ day rate between 3PM-6PM. After 6PM the full rate applies .
Q What method of payments do you accept?
A We accept VS,MC,AX,DS,DC & Cash.
Q What is the minimum age requirement to rent a room?
A You must be 21 to rent a room.
Q How many people can I have in my room?
A It depends on the room, between 4 and 5 people total. Please call for details.
Q Is there an extra charge for additional guests?
A The charge for additional guests is $10 per person.
Q Do you have smoking rooms?
A Yes. We have some smoking rooms but there is limited availability.
Q Are pets allowed in the hotel guest rooms?
A Service animals only are allowed. A pet cleaning fee may apply.
Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Your stay can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival on a standard reservation.
Q Are there restrictions?
A Some rates have further restrictions, please call for details.
Q Do you provide cribs, cots or rollaway beds?
A Playpens and cribs can be provided on request at no additional charge. Rollaway beds can be provided for an additional $10 per stay.
Q Do you have special rates for AAA or seniors?
A Yes, the discount varies seasonally.
Q Do you have a pool?
A Yes. Our heated indoor pool is open from 5 am to 11 pm and includes a whirlpool.
Q Do you have a fitness facility?
A Yes. Our fitness room is located next to our pool and is open 5 am - 11 pm with your room key card.
Q Do you have a gift or sundries shop?
A Yes. Our Gift Shop is located next to the front desk. It provides snacks, travel amenities and souvenirs.
Q Do you have on-site parking?
A Currently our garage is under rennovation until further notice. Therefore we do not have self parking at this time, but we do have fee valet parking for all hotel guests.
